Risk Assessment : Regular risk assessments will be conducted to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential hazards specific to shipyard and jetty operations.

Training : All employees will receive appropriate training on health and safety practices, including emergency procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and specific hazards associated with shipyard and jetty work.

Reporting and Investigation : All accidents, incidents, and near-misses must be reported immediately. Thorough investigations will be conducted to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.

Supervisors : Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that health, safety, and environmental practices are followed in their areas of control, including the shipyard and jetty areas. They will provide guidance and support to employees.

Employees : All employees are responsible for adhering to HSE policies and procedures. They must take reasonable care of their own health and safety, as well as that of others who may be affected by their actions.

Contractors and Visitors : Contractors and visitors must comply with our HSE requirements while on our premises. They will receive relevant information and guidance to ensure their safety and environmental compliance.

We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of our HSE performance. Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to assess our HSE practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

We will communicate our HSE policy to all employees, contractors, and visitors, and engage with them to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility. Feedback and suggestions for improvement are encouraged and valued.

We will develop, implement, and maintain effective emergency response plans to address potential emergencies specific to shipyard and jetty operations, including fire, chemical spills, and maritime incidents.
